Statement About YISICHANGTIAN ID and Privacy

YISICHANGTIAN ID is a service provided by YISICHANGTIAN (Nan Jing) Data Intelligence Technology Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). YISICHANGTIAN ID is the account you use to access and use YISICHANGTIAN services, websites or other non-YISICHANGTIAN services that allow you to log in with YISICHANGTIAN ID.

1. What Data Do We Collect About You?​

As part of the YISICHANGTIAN ID we shall collect and use your personal data only for the purposes stated in this Statement. Personal data refers to any information that enables us to identify you as a user. Personal data processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

We shall collect and process the following data:

  • Account information: such as phone number, email address, security email address, security phone number, emergency contacts' phone number and name, password, date of birth, name (first and last name), service and registration country/region, account identifier, profile picture, nickname, gender, QR code login information, customer relationship management related data, customer correspondence and contact records, direct marketing and other consents and withdrawals, automatic SMS code information, security events (e.g. password changes, account deletions, app authorization cancellations, account freezing, and indications that your account is at risk of being hijacked) as well as user agreement information. Besides, we collect your company, application scenario as optional infomation to make YISICHANGTIAN Service better for your use.

  • Device information: such as device identifier (IMEI or UDID, depending on your device system version), serial number, country/region code, language setting, device type and name, version number, operating system and ROM version.

  • Service usage and network information: such as IP address, IMSI, registration log, login/logout, time stamps of usage activities, including how you open and close push notifications sent by us, account modification and account authentication metrics, interaction with the touchscreen (e.g. how the screen is touched), and how the device is moving during account registration and login.

If you visit the YISICHANGTIAN ID web portal, the following data shall be collected:

  • Browser network and usage information: such as data stored by cookies (such as your session ID, login status, YISICHANGTIAN ID account region, login QR code, page style settings, CAPTCHA code and status, random identifier of your browser, encrypted account user name), IP address, mouse and keyboard activities on the page, browser type, time zone, language and font. The processing of your mouse and keyboard inputs is done for the purposes of account security and CAPTCHA to test whether the browser is operated by a robot or a human.

2. How Do We Use Your Data?​

Personal data is processed lawfully and fairly within the scope of specified, preset and lawful purposes as described in this statement. Personal data is processed only when there is an applicable legal base. We use your personal data in order to provide you with the YISICHANGTIAN ID service and to fulfill the contractual obligations, so that you can create and use your YISICHANGTIAN ID.

In addition, to provide you with the services, we need to process your data for customer relationship management, support and communication, conducting consumer surveys, customer complaint handling, maintenance, software and system updates, user identification as well as for problem diagnosis and fixing.

The above mentioned processing of your personal data is based on your contract with us.

In addition, we use your personal data for the following purposes with your consent:

  • Analytics and development purposes, including creating aggregated groups based on your usage activities. This also enables us to understand our users' needs as customers and to improve the quality and user experience of our current and future services and offerings. You can object to such data processing as described in Section 5.6 below.

  • Marketing purposes, including communicating with you about our offerings, conducting sales promotions and other marketing campaigns, as well as creating aggregated target groups for marketing. Knowing customers' preferences enables us to target our offerings and provide products and services that better meet the needs and expectations of our customers. You can object to such data processing as described in Section 5.6 below. In order to protect children from any harm caused by advertising, we do not knowingly use children as a specific target group for tailored or directed marketing activities.

  • Information and account security purposes, including detecting or preventing various types of misuse of services and fraud in order to provide you with secure and reliable services.

    • We may need your phone number already provided during the initial steps of YISICHANGTIAN ID account registration in order to safeguard YISICHANGTIAN ID accounts and our systems.

    • We check the content of your profile picture and nickname, and may prohibit content that is hateful, violent and/or extremist, pornographic and sexually explicit, cruel, racist, or discriminatory to prevent our users from seeing such content.

We ensure that the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures are taken based on risks to protect the personal data from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision and dissemination of the personal data as well as from other illegal actions in respect of the personal data.

You agree and permit us to process your personal data using automated database management systems, as well as other software and hardware.

3. How Long Do We Store Your Data?​

We will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes defined in this Statement.

We will process and retain your data for the duration of the customer relationship. When you delete your YISICHANGTIAN ID, personal data related to your account and associated services will be erased. However, we shall retain the following data:

  • Personal data processed for customer relationship management such as data subject requests, complaints, and customer interaction records for up to six (6) years from the last interaction.

  • Personal data processed for contract management purposes for up to three (3) years after your YISICHANGTIAN ID has been deleted.

  • Personal data processed for analytics and development purposes as well as for sales promotion and marketing purposes for up to twelve (12) months from the date of collection, unless you object to such processing.

  • Data backups and app logs processed to ensure the security of your data and services for up to six (6) months from the date they were created.

  • Your address information will be removed immediately from YISICHANGTIAN servers, when you remove it from My addresses.

  • If you have inputted your email for YISICHANGTIAN ID account creation, but never finalized the creation of the account, the email address will be deleted from our server in three (3) days from sending the email confirmation to you.

Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in due time, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.

4. How Do We Share Your Data?​

We store your data in China and overseas servers. Our maintenance and data operations may require us to access your data from China.

We only share your data in the following circumstances:

  • In order to ensure the global uniqueness of your YISICHANGTIAN ID and allow you to use your YISICHANGTIAN ID wherever you are, we transfer your unique YISICHANGTIAN ID number and pseudonymized (hashed) phone number or email address to YISICHANGTIAN ID sites in China, which are operated by YISICHANGTIAN under contract and acting on behalf of us.

  • If you are using service by logging in with YISICHANGTIAN ID when you are traveling outside of China, your YISICHANGTIAN ID information may be routed through the local site of YISICHANGTIAN operating under contract and acting on behalf of us.

  • We may share your data in response to a legal process or request from a competent authority according to applicable laws or in connection with a legal proceeding or process.

  • Your data may also be disclosed as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets (such as service agreements), or transfer of services to a YISICHANGTIAN group entity or another company.

5. What Are Your Rights and Options?​

You have the following data subject rights and options regarding your personal data:

5.1 Access your data​

You can request information and a copy of your personal data that we have collected and stored in relation to YISICHANGTIAN ID. You can access these data from the YISICHANGTIAN ID web portal.

5.2 Rectify your data​

In order to keep your data up-to-date and accurate.You can access these data from the YISICHANGTIAN ID web portal.

5.3 Port your data​

You can port the personal data in your YISICHANGTIAN ID that you have provided to us in a commonly-used machine-readable format. You can access these data from the YISICHANGTIAN ID web portal. If you need to erase your data, please contact us.

5.4 Erase your data​

You may at any time:

  • Remove your YISICHANGTIAN ID account data, which is voluntary for the use of YISICHANGTIAN ID, such as nickname, profile picture, security email and security phone number.

  • Delete your YISICHANGTIAN ID in the YISICHANGTIAN ID web portal. As a result your personal data will be erased, including your personal data in other services, which are linked with your YISICHANGTIAN ID.

  • Object to the processing of your data, as detailed in Section 5.6. As a result we shall erase the data that falls within the scope of your valid objection if we no longer have legal basis to continue processing the data.

  • Contact us if you think the processing of your personal data is unlawful and your data should be erased.

We will erase or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period of time based on your aforementioned actions and in accordance with the retention periods detailed in Section 3.

If you have opted to receive electronic direct marketing from us, you can withdraw your consent. You can access these data from the YISICHANGTIAN ID web portal. If you need to erase your data, please contact us.

5.6 Object to processing​

If you want to object to the processing of your data for analytics, development or sales and marketing purposes, please contact us.

When making the request, please specify the scope of the request and provide us with the email address or phone number that you used to log in to your YISICHANGTIAN ID.

We will contact you to verify your identity in order to proceed with your request.

5.7 Restrict processing​

If you want to restrict the processing of your personal data, please contact us. You have the right to restrict the processing of your data in the following cases:

  • Your data is unlawfully processed but you do not want to erase it.

  • You have a legal claim that you need to establish, exercise, or defend, and you requested us to keep your data when we would not keep it otherwise.

  • You have contested the accuracy of your personal data and the accuracy of your data is pending our verification.

  • Your request for objection is pending our verification.

When submitting your request, please specify the scope and basis of the request and provide us with the email address or phone number that you used to log in to your YISICHANGTIAN ID.

We will contact you to verify your identity in order to proceed with your request.

7. How Do We Update This Statement?​

We encourage you to regularly check for the latest version of this Statement as we may update it from time to time. In the event of material changes to this Statement, we will notify you in advance by means of notification dialogs, push messages, emails, and so on, depending on the nature of the change.
